PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Power Limited Warranty is short term powertrain coverage designed for pre-owned vehicles. The program is provided to a consumer at the time they purchase a qualifying vehicle.
COVERAGE
POWERTRAIN Stated component coverage includes:
ENGINE Engine block and all internally-lubricated parts, including turbocharger/supercharger (if equipped)
AUTOMATIC/MANUAL TRANSMISSION Case and all internally-lubricated parts.
4X4 TRANSFER CASE Case and all internally-lubricated parts.
FRONT WHEEL DRIVE Final drive housing and all internally-lubricated parts.
REAR WHEEL DRIVE Drive axle housing and all internally-lubricated parts.
VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
Vehicles current plus 9 model years old at time of sale, with less than 125,000 miles is eligible for the program.
Regardless of age or mileage, the following vehicles do not qualify for the program:
Acura NSX, Aston Martin (all models), Bentley (all models), Chevrolet SSR, Dodge Challenger Hellcat, Dodge Charger Hellcat, Dodge Viper, Ferrari (all models), Ford GT, Hummer (all models), Jaguar (all models), Lamborghini (all models), Land Rover (all models), Lotus (all models), Maserati (all models), Maybach (all models), Mercedes (all models, Nissan GT-R, Panoz (all models), Porsche (all models), Rolls Royce (all models).
AVAILABLE TERMS
3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first.
6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.
12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
DEDUCTIBLE OPTIONS
The program offers the following deductible options:

All deductibles except the $0 deductible reduce by $50 when the customer returns to the selling dealer.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
The aggregate limit of liability for all coverage levels is the NADA retail value of the vehicle at the time of breakdown.
MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
The customer must perform all customary maintenance as outlined by the manufacturer in the vehicle’s owner’s manual.
